Any excess home runs will be enforced as an out.
No new inning will start after the 60 minute time limit has expired.
Championship games will not have a time limit. Games tied at the end of time limit or 7 innings will go to tiebreaker. Start inning with last out runner on second base and 1 out.

2. The next female batter has the choice of hitting or taking first base.
3. Baserunners must be forced to move up a base.
RUNNERS
1. There will be a commitment line drawn between 3rd base and home plate. If a runner passes the line they must continue to home plate. Going back behind the line will be a dead ball out.
